A company is looking for a Principal, Growth Consulting.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, identifying and
resolving pressing client issues
Lead the development and management of client relationships and
engagements, driving transformational impact
Recruit, develop, and mentor practice members to support sustained
growth and enhance client service delivery
Required Qualifications
Advanced degree, preferably an MBA or Master's degree in a relevant
field
8+ years of experience in Consumer-packaged Goods (CPG) or
retail-oriented business
Experience at a tier-one consulting firm or within industry at an
Associate Principal/Partner level
Proven thought leadership within the industry, including marketable
knowledge production
Familiarity with precision data-driven platforms and advanced
analytics toolkits preferred
