Responsibilities:
--- Engage with customers in Vista, CA to understand their design requirements and offer expert advice on selecting the perfect products for their projects.
--- Perform sales transactions meticulously and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the showroom.
--- Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and product offerings to provide effective recommendations to clients.
--- Collaborate with colleagues to improve the visual appeal of the showroom in Vista, CA.
--- Assist in organizing and hosting events occasionally, and potentially contribute to event planning efforts.

Qualifications:
--- Must have a proven track record in sales, with a preference for a background in design such as interior or architectural design.
--- Strong interpersonal skills are essential, along with a customer-focused attitude.
--- The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, innovative, and capable of thriving in a dynamic work environment.
--- Excellent communication and organizational abilities are a must.
--- Previous experience with Tile, Stone, Engineered Wood, Flooring, and Countertop materials would be advantageous.
--- Availability to work full-time, 5 days a week, with alternating Saturdays required.
