Job Description:
A company is looking for a Commercial Due Diligence Specialist
III - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the due diligence process for commercial loans, ensuring
compliance with policies and regulations
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to obtain and
validate necessary documentation
Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced team members while
managing queue and resolving complex issues
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Four years of commercial banking operations/administrative support
experience
At least two years of loan operations experience with a solid
understanding of loan structure and execution
Prior experience supporting commercial lenders or conducting
commercial due diligence reviews
Experience in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced
environment
