Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Purchasing Specialist to manage
software and hardware procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the software and subscription life cycle, including license
renewals and compliance
Process hardware purchases and conduct price negotiations with
vendors
Analyze IT procurement requests to ensure adherence to purchasing
processes
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business
Administration, Accounting, or related field
At least 5 years of relevant experience in IT purchasing or
procurement
Comprehensive experience with advanced Excel skills, including
VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
Familiarity with Software Asset Management systems is a plus
Prior experience with Software License terms is desired but not
required
