Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Member Advocate to support
customer service and member satisfaction during the post-enrollment
journey.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls, addressing
member questions and issues
Assist members with understanding their current plan benefits and
how to utilize them
Accurately document interactions and outcomes using provided tools
and scripts
Required Qualifications
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center
environment
Ability to manage high call volumes and multitask effectively
Proficiency in using a dialer and computer applications
High-speed hardwired home internet connection with specified
download and upload speeds
Availability to work any shift between 5:00 AM PST and 11:00 PM
