A company is looking for a Player Development Executive to
enhance the VIP player experience and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with premier players to
build loyalty
Drive key VIP sales metrics to enhance customer engagement and
revenue
Compile and analyze data to identify trends and improve player
performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5 years of experience in
Gaming, Hospitality, Sales, or Marketing
Passion for improving player experience and promoting
positivity
Demonstrated success in implementing strategies to improve
operational efficiency
Knowledge of revenue enhancement and expense control
Must be based in the greater Cincinnati or Columbus metropolitan
areas
