Job Description:
A company is looking for a Privacy Counsel for a 10-month
contract position.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal advice on data protection and privacy issues in the
SaaS industry
Manage data protection agreements and vendor onboarding
processes
Conduct training on privacy practices and oversee compliance
programs
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of experience in privacy law, preferably in a
B2B SaaS environment
Strong understanding of data protection agreements and compliance
work
Experience working with cross-functional teams in legal
negotiations
Exposure to AI and data governance is a plus
Understanding of incident response protocols is desirable
