About The Position
Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM PT, Monday to Friday Location: Carlsbad, CA
Position Summary
The Pharmacy Outreach Specialist is responsible for supporting the success and accelerated growth objectives of the Pharmacy Services Business Unit. The Specialist will work within the scope of responsibilities as dictated below with guidance and support from the Pharmacy Services Account Executive, Vice President, Chief Sales Officer, President, Chief Executive Officer and any other necessary parties whom can support the objectives.
Essential Functions

  • Contacts specific pharmacies from detailed list to bring awareness of ADS CGM solution to the pharmacy staff
  • Target minimum of 50 outbound calls per day
  • Updates detailed reporting metrics following each call and provides to leadership weekly for review
  • Identifies growth per pharmacy chain based on daily calls and reports accordingly
  • Answers specific questions posed by pharmacy staff during outreach calls
  • Responds promptly to all inquiries via phone or e-mail from pharmacy contacts
  • Provides individual patient follow-up on case - by - case basis when prompted by pharmacy corporate contact or store employee
  • Specialist is a self-starter, self-motivated, reliable, engaged, and provides feedback as to how to improve processes and policies in addition to growing book of business
  • Adapts quickly to frequent process changes and improvements
  • Strives to exceed goal expectations of Specialist role
  • Attends all department and team meetings as required
  • Performs any additional responsibilities or special projects as required

    • May provide cross-functional support as business needs demand.Requirements:
      • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent additional experience
      • 2 years of related experience and/or equivalent training
      • Basic level computer/MS Office skills
      • Pharmacy and/or DME experience desired.
      • Working knowledge of computer/data entry with the ability to learn new systems.Expected Competencies

        • Effective customer service skills, including phone and interpersonal skills.
        • Analytical thinking with ability to recognize business needs and drive solutions to address them.

            Pay ranges may vary depending on location. The general pay range for this position is $18-$19 per hour plus monthly uncapped bonuses. Actual compensation depends on education, experience, and relevant skills. In addition, benefits include:
