Job Description:

We have an immediate need for a qualified and committed assistant with experience providing administrative support to multiple staff members. As a valued and key member of the team, the successful candidate will be professional and reliable with a great attitude and the ability to work well within a team.

Minimum Qualifications:

? 3-5 years? healthcare experience

? Claims, CPT coding, billing and medical terminology background

? Bilingual Spanish / English is a plus

? Must be computer / software proficient (MS Office Suite)

? Experience managing multiple projects

? Ability to handle incoming faxes and calls and route to the appropriate staff

? Proficient at collecting and analyzing data; report preparation

? High school diploma or equivalent

? Professional presentation

? Great attitude; ability to work within a team

? Ability to communicate in a professional manner
