Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Solutions Engineering,
Enterprise to oversee the Solutions Engineering team across the
North America region.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Solutions Engineering Enterprise team to drive sales and
achieve strategic objectives
Support team development through training and learning
opportunities
Provide detailed analysis and reporting on team performance and
forecasts to sales leadership
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and/or relevant work experience
7+ years of experience in technical B2B sales, preferably SaaS
3+ years of pre-sales or technical sales leadership experience
Proven experience with Salesforce
Track record in hiring and developing technical sales teams
