Job Description:
A company is looking for a Graphic Design Lead to support their
Creative team in delivering high-quality design solutions for
clients.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver a variety of visual content, including videos,
digital ads, and social media graphics
Communicate with project leads and clients to strategize and
execute design deliverables
Provide mentorship and guidance to fellow designers while reviewing
their work for quality enhancement
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a design-oriented role
Ability to manage large, strategic projects involving multiple
teams
High-level understanding of graphic design principles
Skilled in the Adobe Creative Suite and motion design
Experience in branding and quality assurance processes
