Job Description:

We're hiring a data-driven accountant for an integral position on our team. You'll keep our general ledger up-to-date, ensure the accuracy of our financial information, and use QuickBooks for tracking.

Responsibilities:

• Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
• Manage payroll duties to ensure employees are paid on time
• Ensure all books reconcile with bank statements and prepare financial statements
• Bookkeeping: Enter data, maintain records and produce financial reports
• Make sure accounts payable/accounts receivable are processed efficientlyQualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, and basic accounting systems
• Must be well-versed in generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
• At least 2 years of work experience at an accounting firm or as a cost accountant, management accountant, bookkeeper, or related position
• Must exhibit exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skillsCompensation: $56,000
